Track your transfer

• Stay informed about your transferred funds with your 10-digit tracking number (MTCN). If you don't have it, follow these 3 steps:
  1. Go to ‘Track a Transfer’ and select ‘Don’t know the MTCN?’
  2. Enter the Sender’s phone number or both the Sender and Receiver names.
  3. Add the date of the money transfer and select ‘Continue.’

Protect yourself from fraud

• The best defense against fraud is only assisting verified family and friends and confirming emergencies before any transaction. Once funds are picked up by the receiver, refunds are generally not available, even in cases of fraudulent transfers.
• Beware of these common money transfer scams involving individuals:
  - Grandchild, friend, or family member requesting emergency assistance without prior confirmation
  - Lottery or prize winnings schemes
  - Online acquaintances seeking financial aid
  - Internet purchase scams
  - Employment opportunities that require payments
  - Rental property offers that request upfront fees
  - Requests for credit card or loan payments in advance
